Entry and stay in Romania

Canadian citizens may travel to Romania without a visa for a maximum period of 90 days within 6 months.

Those who intend to stay in Romania more than 90 days have to apply with the Romanian General Inspectorate for Immigration for a temporary residence permit, imediately after their arrival.
